Chic Geek Enterprises does not provide:

• Website hosting
• Virtual mail or physical address services
• Virtual assistant services
• Managed IT services
• Day-to-day operational execution
• Software reselling or sublicensing

Any execution, infrastructure, or operational services referenced are provided under separate agreements by affiliated or third-party entities and are not governed by these Terms.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and authorized to act on behalf of your organization to engage Chic Geek Enterprises. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

5. Engagement & Contracting

Professional services are provided only pursuant to a written agreement, such as a Statement of Work (SOW), Engagement Letter, or Contract.

No information on this website constitutes a binding offer. Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance as a client.

Chic Geek Enterprises reserves the right to decline engagements that are outside our strategic scope or capacity.

6. Fees & Payment Terms

Fees are defined in written agreements and are payable according to the terms specified therein.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Fees are due prior to commencement of work
• Retainers and milestone payments are non-refundable
• Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services

CGE does not provide time-based or hourly services unless explicitly stated in writing.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the advisory, strategic, and customized nature of our services:

• Fees paid for completed or in-progress work are non-refundable
• Termination of an engagement does not relieve payment obligations for work performed
• No refunds are provided for strategy, diagnostics, assessments, or enablement services once initiated

8. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, materials, deliverables, reports, tools, training content, and intellectual property developed or provided by Chic Geek Enterprises remain the exclusive property of Chic Geek Enterprises LLC, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables internally for their intended purpose. Reproduction, redistribution, sublicensing, or commercial use is prohibited without express written consent.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary, non-public information disclosed during the course of an engagement, subject to applicable law and contractual agreements.

10. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Chic Geek Enterprises may reference or evaluate third-party platforms, tools, or technologies as part of strategic advisory services. CGE is not responsible for the performance, security, availability, or compliance of third-party products.

Use of third-party tools is governed by the respective provider’s terms and conditions.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Chic Geek Enterprises makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed outcomes.

Strategic recommendations do not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chic Geek Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.

CGE’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination

Chic Geek Enterprises reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services for breach of these Terms or applicable agreements.

Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for work performed.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction within Michigan.

15. Amendments

Chic Geek Enterprises may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
